Don’t feel like buying jewellery cleaner well it’s very simple to make your own. All you need is 1 cup of warm water, a ¼ cup of Mr. clean and a cap full of ammonia. This works like a charm. Use a soft tooth brush to scrub those hard to reach areas like the bridge of your ring. This solution will remove dirt, grease and oils and keeps your stones looking brilliant. This solution will not harm your gold jewellery or hard stones and items can be left to soak for 20 minutes. But, never put pearls, opals or soft stones in ammonia based solutions. If you want to clean such items use a soft tooth brush and ivory soap.
